WHAT IT WAS

A 3D animated character in the browser that you could talk to. The goal was to give AI a physical presence — make the interface feel less like a form field and more like a conversation with something that exists in space.

It worked. That was the problem — working but in the wrong medium. A flat browser window was fighting the concept. You can't make something feel spatial in 2D without it feeling like a trick.

WHERE IT'S GOING

The idea lives on in the VR project. Same concept — an AI entity with a physical presence — done properly this time, in actual 3D space. This was the stepping stone, not the destination.
